Duvall becomes CEO of Datatrac; Leach moves to Chairman


Atlanta, GA, March 1, 2006 - Datatrac Corporation (www.datatrac.com), the leading information solutions provider for the expedited courier and transportation & logistics services sectors, today announced that Garland W. Duvall, Jr. has assumed the role of chief executive officer of Datatrac

Mr. Duvall takes over the CEO role from the company's current Chairman & CEO David T. Leach. Mr. Leach remains with Datatrac as Chairman of the Board. "Over the past year, Garland has provided invaluable expertise in network technology, product management, and marketing. During this period, Datatrac has grown revenue and increased bottom line profits dramatically. In his new role, Garland will continue to lead Datatrac's growth in 2006 and beyond," Leach said.

In a statement, the Board of Directors of Datatrac praised Leach for his ".strong operational and strategic leadership. Under his guidance, Datatrac achieved profitable revenue growth in 2005. We welcome him in his new role as Chairman of the Board."

On accepting his new responsibilities, Mr. Duvall expressed his view of Datatrac as the company best positioned to provide a complete set of innovative solutions for logistics companies. Datatrac's real-time product and service offerings enable its customers to operate more efficiently, deliver value-added services, and improve financial performance.
